  • Ensure meeting of K1 (lead) revenue target
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to accomplish set target
  • Ensure maximum output from all team members through motivation and mentoring
  • Prepare periodic report and assignments
  • Responsible for profitability of respective business unit
