Job Responsibilities

• Sell Interior Design solutions and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Understand and collect the client's brief (requirements, preferences, project measurements, etc.) and offer the right solutions.
• Contact and meet prospective customers daily, update status in sales software, and close sales following proper processes and procedures.
• Create computer-based floor and furniture plans using design software (AutoCAD).
• Prepare price offers and pursue client approval.
• Ensure on-time delivery of services through coordination with cross-functional departments.
• Update the status of work progress daily in sales software and follow up accordingly.
• Prepare sales action plans and submit them to management for review.
• Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and accessories, including construction features.
• Stay updated on competitors' activities and Interior Design trends both locally and nationally.
• Provide conceptual solutions to customer queries instantly.
• Present drawings and detailed working drawings.
• Manage Interior Design for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate with clients to meet their requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Visit sites with clients when required.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements

• 4-7 years’ experience required in relevant field.
• Expertise of CAD, photoshop, Illustrator & sketch up software.

Additional Requirements

• Excellent knowledge in BOQ preparation.
• Ability to work with 3D and 2D drafting and drawing.
• Skilled in preparing presentation drawings using Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and possesses an amiable personality.
• Excellent client communication skills and professionalism.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working outdoors when required.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials.
• Up-to-date understanding of current styles and trends in interior work.
• Effective coordination skills for managing projects successfully.
