Job Context

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and creative video content creator who will be responsible for filming, editing, color & sound correction, original programming as well as driving digital video concepts. This position will work in the Brand Communication team.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and edit video content for multi-platform use (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Edit audio and perform sound design on projects.
• Manage media assets and maintain archiving for all company projects.
• Create motion graphics and animations for promotional purposes.
• Be self-motivated and able to stay on task with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Stay organized and successfully meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Work effectively as a team player and embrace constructive feedback.

Educational Requirements

• Master’s degree in Television & Film Studies from any local or international university.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts along with a diploma in Television & Film Studies.

Additional Requirements

• Real-world videography and production experience (show reel is a must).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the video production process: scripting, filming, editing, encoding, uploading, and media management.
• Strong production skills including photography, videography, camera operation, sound, lighting, and quality sound capture.
• Audio post-production experience: recording, mixing, scoring, and related tasks.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Comfortable using G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.).
• Strong understanding of post-production workflow.
• Good knowledge of contemporary cameras, file formats, codecs, and their proper handling in post-production workflows.
• Resourceful in managing different agencies and vendors.
