Business Development (BD), Design, Construction, Sales, and Customer Service are the 5 very important departments of bti; whilst all other departments support them. We encourage you to apply to your area of interest at bti or work with us in any one of our other strategic business units (SBU). There will always be something to suit your interest that will mutually benefit us and help you thrive alongside us!

Audit

A very important role is played by our audit department as they are constantly on a hunt to ensure that goods and services procured are at the best rates ever. They also work to ensure that every department is working most honestly without any glitches whilst purchases are ongoing.

Business Development

They deal with the acquisition of land where bti builds homes and workspaces. They partner up with landowners to get a joint venture that is beneficial to the landowners and us as the developers. Their deals and choices can lead to a better brand image and better end product for the customers and landowners alike.

Construction

One of the most important and largest departments in bti is our Construction Department, known for the excellence of quality in construction due to its diligence and constant training to achieve excellence. You will be required to be enthusiastic and be able to independently work and solve problems as well as work alongside the team at construction sites.

CSD, AR & CRD

Providing unparalleled customer service is the mantra at bti. This Department requires people persons and who love to solve problems and find ways to make life easier for all. They should be essential salespersons at heart and love to interact with people. Whilst the Accounts Receivable handles financial transactions, the Customer Relations Department handles all kinds of after-handover services.

Communication and Brand Management

Responsible for communication and marketing of the bti brand image, our name was built through the hard work of this team. They plan and execute activities to raise awareness about our brand and ways to promote it. We are always on the lookout for creative people, digital marketing experts, social media experts, and fantastic copywriters. If you are a game-changer and love creative teamwork, there is a place in this department, so do drop in your CV!

Design Department

This brilliant team of architects, engineers, and designers in the Design Department is responsible for 'design excellence' in all our projects. The Design Department consists of architects, interior architects, design assistants, 3D visualizers, estimators, engineers, and landscapers. With a great potential to grow, this is a dynamic department if you have the requisite background.

Finance

Our Finance department is responsible for all the financial concerns of the company and is inclusive of teams such as Accounts, TAX, VAT & Company Affairs, and Audit. We now encourage people with a non-traditional and progressive approach to join our finance department.

Human Resource & Admin

This team keeps bti running like a well-oiled machine. Always the first to respond to any problem, they are dedicated to making the lives of the employees at bti as convenient as possible. Responsible for the work environment, growth, and development of the employees, we welcome those who are good at administration to enable a better work environment and who are people's persons with a problem-solving mindset. We dislike gossip mongers. Period.

Information Technology (IT)

Presently this department is responsible for the technological infrastructure of our company and the backbone of our work at the head office and the sites. We welcome people with proper knowledge of the digital world, computer technology, newer internet, hardware, software, functionality, and use of different IT mediums in several areas, including automation. We want to invite problem solvers with a passion for IT!

Legal

Our legal team is responsible for handling all legal matters that relate to the company and its employees to ensure all business affairs are done lawfully to safeguard the company's relation to all parties.

Operation & Procurement

This department is dedicated to handling the acquisition of goods and supplies that are needed for the company's core, day-to-day operations. We look for honest, hard-working people who like to work with the sourcing of new materials and want to get the best deals for us.

Sales Department at bti or its Strategic Business Units (SBU)

Our enthusiastic sales team portrays and serves different economic strata of customers. Exciting and challenging work targets with great rewards await you when you choose to join the bti sales team. You can opt to join our dynamic sales teams at bti in the collection of your choice or join specific sales areas of interest covering architecture, interiors, landscaping, or home automation. You may also opt to join our brokerage company or even our building products company. Check out our small business units to find the sales job of your choice.
