Job Responsibilities

• Study of all types of drawings like RAJUK, Architectural, Structural, Perspective to find out any dissimilarity/deviation for correction from respective departments.
• Supervising all construction works at site by attending the workplace during job execution to meet the expected quality.
• Implementing the work by contractors as per work program and giving necessary instructions accordingly.
• Preparing monthly work program & achievement report and monitoring daily progress of works.
• Selection and recruitment of highly skilled workforce.
• Contractor selection, quotation collection, and proper negotiation for all types of works.
• Giving training to the workers to increase skillset and ensure high-quality construction.
• Ensure retention of the best workforce as well as the quality of materials at site.
• Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and workers.
• Ensure optimum work progress every day.
• Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.
• Ensure project merchandising and branding during construction period.
• Ensure high quality of construction and on-time delivery.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 32 years
• Only Male
• Hard worker, willing to work under pressure.
• Candidate should have the experience of all categories of works in a residential and commercial building.
