Job Context
Managing the operations of the SBU (Property Security and Management) having about 500 Support Staffs (SSs) including Building Managers (BM), Security Supervisors, Caretakers (CTs), Security Guards (SGs) and Cleaners (CLs) in bti projects both ongoing and handed over projects across Dhaka city.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive physical security strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Establish security policies, SOPs, compliance standards, and emergency response protocols.
- Oversee day-to-day security operations across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties. Monitoring the daily activities of team members, supervising administrative works of Security Dept.
- Sourcing, screening and deployment of required numbers of experienced Building Managers, Caretakers, Security Guards, & Cleaners to meet up specific requirements.
- Conducting training regularly and periodically to ensure professional development of the Support Staffs/Security Guards.
- Performance management - set KPIs and evaluate performance to ensure goal accomplishment.
- Maintaining Central Store/Record of Dress of SSs i.e. Store Maintenance, Dress Registers maintenance, Dress Ledger maintenance, etc.
- Providing Technical Training on Fire Fighting, Fire Panel, Fire Hydrant, Lift and Generator/Substation operation.
- Taking constant feedback of customers & site personnel regarding service standard of support staffs i.e. attitude, manner and performance of duties.
- Follow up collection of payment cheque from Serviced projects as per requirements of Property Management.
