Job Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain a culture of continuous learning and employee development across the organization.
  • Organize and oversee diverse learning programs, workshops, and initiatives to drive employee engagement and skill enhancement.
  • Lead the end-to-end training cycle, from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to program design, delivery, evaluation, and impact assessment.
  • Ensure that all training initiatives are systematically evaluated and that feedback is effectively incorporated to improve quality and relevance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on Sales, Customer Service, and other departmental needs to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, department heads, and HR to align training and development initiatives with organizational goals and talent management strategies.
  • Monitor post-training performance and track impact to ensure measurable improvements.
  • Manage training budgets, external vendors, digital learning platforms, and resources efficiently.
  • Regularly communicate with various department heads to assess training needs and conduct effective training sessions.
  • Design and implement leadership development and career growth programs to support succession planning and employee advancement.
  • Oversee compliance and regulatory training programs, ensuring all legal and industry requirements are met.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive training and development reports to senior management.

Educational Requirements

BBA or MBA from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in training and development, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the sales-driven, or customer-facing industry is preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Awareness of e-learning trends and how to integrate technology into learning strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and evaluation models.
  • Experience in using data and feedback to improve training programs.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with department heads, HR, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into development initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze training data, identify gaps, and draw actionable insights.
  • Critical thinking to evaluate training needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and results orientation.
