Job Responsibilities

• Study of all types of drawings like Rajuk, Architectural, Structural, Perspective to find out any dissimilarity/deviation for correction from respective departments.
• Supervising all construction works at site by attending the workplace during job execution to meet the expected quality.
• Implementing the work by contractors as per work program and giving necessary instructions accordingly.
• Preparing monthly work program & achievement report and monitoring daily progress of works.
• Ensure worker retention by giving training to increase skill and the quality of finished product as per requirement.
• Collecting quotations & preparing comparative statements and rate negotiation for different jobs related to site works.
• Ensuring the quality of materials at site.
• Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and workers.
• Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.
• Ensuring project merchandising and branding during construction period.
• Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age 32 to 38 years
• Only Male
• At least 7 years of experience for candidates completed B.Sc.
• At least 10 years of experience for candidates completed Diploma.
• Hard worker and willing to work under pressure.
• Candidate should have experience in project management.
