Job Responsibilities

• Visit project sites regularly.
• Produce daily presentations and quality audit reports.
• Implement designs on-site as per approved drawings.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of working drawings, RAJUK drawings, and other authority-approved drawings.
• Possess strong knowledge of detailed drawings.
• Prepare professional presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Conduct research and analysis to introduce new design trends at BTI.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Architecture from any reputed university

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

• Age: 30 to 35 years.
• Strong knowledge in detail and drawing.
• Proficiency in 3D software, CAD, and SketchUp.
• Proficient in MS Word and Photoshop.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
