Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

Identify and develop new business opportunities for concrete hollow blocks with contractors, real estate developers, architects, and construction companies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients when required.
Visit project sites, contractors, to promote products and secure orders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends, and report insights to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products to clients.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility.

Full-time

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field

5–6 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 3 years in selling construction materials (preferably concrete blocks, cement, or similar building products).

Strong network with contractors, developers, and consultants will be an added advantage.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently for client visits.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
