Job Responsibilities

• Develop and present detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
• Prepare accurate factory/shop drawings for furniture and customized interior elements.
• Coordinate with the implementation team, site engineers, project managers, and sales team for smooth project execution.
• Conduct client meetings and ensure excellent client communication throughout the design process.
• Oversee interior projects from concept to handover with strong attention to detail.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, materials, finishes, and technologies.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials using Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and PowerPoint.
• Produce precise 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Guide 3D visualizers to create photorealistic renderings using Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, 3ds Max, and Corona Renderer.
• Maintain organized documentation, BOQs, and project reports.
• Collaborate with implementation and factory teams for timely production of design elements.
• Work effectively under pressure and contribute positively as a team player.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age: At least 27 years.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interior projects, working drawings, and renderings.
• Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Portfolio Submission

• Applicants must submit a portfolio that includes:
• 3D renderings
• Working/detail drawings
• Factory/shop drawings
• Photographs of completed projects
