Job Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnership with financial institutions, corporate bodies, associations and merchants to generate new leads for business
• Develop new concepts to generate leads through unconventional channels
• Analyze trends, data and provide solution/recommendations concerning alternate channels
• Write proposals for new partnership arrangements
• Develop activity schedules and plans, to include deliverables in task areas
• Mobilize & coordinate with resources to execute the plans and deliver results
• Collaborate with the partners to ensure open communication, cooperation, and timely issue resolution
• Develop strategy and process for continuous improvement, innovation, and results
• Identify key prospect segments and recommend cross sale strategies

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Candidate should have experience in Partnership & Alliance, Corporate sales and Key Account Management.
• Performance & Result oriented

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills·
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English·
• Good coordination & analytical skills·
• Should be an energetic & dynamic person·
• Ability to execute plans in a fast & accurate manner·
