Job Responsibilities
Research markets, identify target audiences, and conduct customer surveys
Develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns
Create compelling content, manage email marketing, and prepare sales presentations
Track and analyze campaign performance
Report on key metrics and lead generation performance
Collaborate with sales and marketing to align lead generation with business goals
Provide customer service to potential leads
Optimize lead funnels and refine lead generation processes
Strong communication skills, Analytical mindset, Passion for business growth, Knowledge of the company's products and services, and Experience with CRM systems.
Prepare monthly, weekly reports and do effective analysis to improve ongoing campaign's performance in different channels.

Educational Requirements
BBA/MBA preferably in Marketing from reputed university.
Experience Requirements
5 to 8 years
Additional Requirements
Age at least 26 years
At least 4 years of experience in leading teams.
Experienced in social media marketing and management.
Highly experienced in media buying with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Experienced in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, Facebook Audience Insights etc.
Create and track different conversion tags in Google Analytics, monitor ongoing campaign's performance, take data-driven decisions based on real-time data.
Analytical mindset, critical thinking and attentive to details.
Real-time experience running Google Search and Display campaigns.
