Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project specifications and requirements.
  • Studying architectural drawings to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments.
  • Attend project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and compliance with design specifications.
  • Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet established quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to design discrepancies or material defects.
  • Provide technical support to contractors and workers on-site regarding installation methods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, material deliveries, and change orders.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to project management.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Assist in evaluating subcontractor bids and managing procurement of materials.
  • Negotiating with contractors/vendors regarding the rate of the work and materials.
  • Liaise with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or modifications.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure all work is completed to satisfaction and meets project specifications.
  • Prepare documentation for project handover and ensure all aspects are ready for client occupancy.

Educational Requirements

Diploma / BA in Interior Architecture from any reputed institution

Experience Requirements

  • At least 12–15 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 32 to 40 years.
  • 8-10 years of proven experience in interior works, including both residential and commercial projects.
  • Proficient in preparing detailed BOQs to ensure accurate project budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Demonstrates a hard-working mentality and a strong commitment to project success.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, fostering collaboration and mutual support.
  • Positive attitude towards accepting new challenges and finding innovative solutions in dynamic work environments.
