Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings for residential interior projects.
- Develop and integrate electrical layouts, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems into interior drawings.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, 3D visualizers, and BOQ personnel to ensure precision and feasibility.
- Stay updated with new materials, trending interior design concepts, and industry standards.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and verify on-site conditions.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture with specialization in Interior Design
Additional Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Interior detailing and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical layouts and their integration into interior designs.
- Proven experience as a draftsman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, joinery details, furniture layouts, and trending designs.
- Ability to read, interpret, and create highly detailed technical drawings.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work within a corporate environment and meet professional standards.
- Smart, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving effectively.
