Job Responsibilities

  • Solicit potential clients to buy, sell properties.
  • Advice clients on prices, market conditions and related information.
  • Compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
  • Generate list of properties for sale including details such as locations and features.
  • Take prospective buyers or renters to see the properties.
  • Mediate negotiations between buyer and seller.
  • Ensure that all terms of purchase contracts are met.

  • Should be fluent in written & spoken English.

  • Based in office with frequent market visit.
