Job Responsibilities
- Solicit potential clients to buy, sell properties.
- Advice clients on prices, market conditions and related information.
- Compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
- Generate list of properties for sale including details such as locations and features.
- Take prospective buyers or renters to see the properties.
- Mediate negotiations between buyer and seller.
- Ensure that all terms of purchase contracts are met.

Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
- Direct Sales, Sales & Marketing

- Should have strong communication & negotiation skills with computer literacy.
- Should be fluent in written & spoken English.
- Hard working mentality.
- Positive attitude to maintain company culture.
- Based in office with frequent market visit.
