রেডিমেট ফ্ল্যাটে নিজের ইচ্ছেমত ডিজাইন করার কোন সুবিধা নেই কিন্তু নির্মানাধীন অ্যাপার্টমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে আপনি চাইলেই অ্যাপার্টমেন্টর রং, ইলেক্ট্রিক পয়েন্ট, এয়ারকন্ডিশনার পয়েন্ট এগুলো নিজের ইচ্ছেমত বেছে নিতে পারবেন। নিজেই নিজের অ্যাপার্টমেন্টর কাজে যতো সম্পৃক্ত থাকবেন ততোই বেশি সংযুক্ত থাকতে পারবেন বসবাসের ক্ষেত্রে।

চাইলে না করার সুবিধা:
নির্মানাধীন অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট আপনি ডেভেলপারদের সাথে কথা বলে না কিনতে চাইলে চুক্তি রদ করে দিতে পারবেন। আপনার সমস্যায় শর্ত সাপেক্ষে টাকা ফেরত নিতেও পারবেন। রেডিমেট ফ্ল্যাটে সে সুবিধা নেই।
গুনগত মান যাচাই করা:
নির্মানাধীন অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে নিজের সুবিধামত সাইটে গিয়ে দেখেশুনে কাজ যাচাই করার সুবিধা পাবেন। ভবিষ্যতের অ্যাপার্টমেন্টটি থাকবার উপযুক্ত কিনা সে বিষয়ে নিশ্চিত হতে পারবেন।
